Congratulations to all of the Sparklers on their terrific performances at the 2009 Northeast Regional Championships held May 28-31 at Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA. The Sparklers had 15 teams compete - 11 taking first place and 4 taking second place in their respective events!!! All of the teams did an amazing job!!!

We would like to extend congratulations to the following athletes, who won NER Champion titles in their individual events:

Lauren Albro - Senior (17-20) rifle champion

Trina Catterson - Juvenile (9-12) strut champion, 9 year-old 2-baton, dance twirl and solo champion,

Brianna Collado - Junior (13-16) pike champion

Caitlyn Conroy - Primary (0-8) strut champion

Erica Henschel - 20 year-old 2-baton and solo champion

Victoria Massey - 16 year-old solo and dance twirl champion

Chelsea Norris - Senior (17-20) pike champion

Angelica Roman - 12 year-old 2-baton, dance twirl and solo champion

Jacqueline Ryan - (13-16) rifle champion

Madeline Smith - 7 year-old dance twirl champion

Natalie Weber - 0-6 year-old solo and dance twirl champion

Angelica Roman & Lyndsay Conroy - Juvenile (9-12) dance twirl pairs champions

And a very special congratulations to the 2009 NER Juvenile Strut Grand Champion - Lyndsay Conroy!!!
