Sparklers Baton Twirling - Registration 2025/2026 Season

REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER CLASSES BEGIN

I/We, the parents of the above named child, hereby give our consent for participation in the above capacity and do claim that she/he is in perfect physical condition to participate in said activity. Furthermore, I/we hereby give my/our consent to her/his participation in all Sparkler activities during the current season.*

I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and fromthe activities; and I/we do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnity and agree to hold harmless the Sparklers/Imperial Knights, Inc., *

The USTA, associated organization, the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants and person transporting my/our

daughter/son to or from activities, for any claim raising out of an injury to my/our daughter/son, except to the extent and in the

amount covered by accident or liability insurance.*

GENERAL RULES

All members are required to wear a Sparklers T-shirt, black shorts, socks, and sneakers. *

No jewelry should be brought to class. Hair should be tied back. *

Members are expected to be on time and prepared for class.*

No food, gum or drinks permitted in class.*

Family and friends are not permitted in school during class.*

Parents are expected to pick up children promptly at the end of class; coaches cannot wait at the school after class.*

All members represent the Sparklers and should always act in a proper manner.*

No smoking permitted on school grounds*

I/we have received and read the rules ofThe Sparklers and will adhere to them to the best of my/our abilities.
